I recently had a conversation with a former recruiting client who wanted to ask me a few specific questions before referring us to a partner of theirs that needed to fill a position. As I answered her questions, I started to think about how Purple Ink recruits. I took a little time to evaluate my personal approach, which aligns with the Purple Ink way.
The client asked me if we only recruited for finance and HR positions. Purple Ink’s Owner, JoDee, does have an accounting background before she went into HR, and we do continue to support recruiting for organizations that need help staffing those roles. However, we can easily say that we have experience recruiting in all industries.
My background in healthcare has allowed us to truly partner with healthcare organizations and find the right talent for their teams. Another on our staff has banking and marketing experience, which helps support several of our clients in those fields. Even manufacturing and production roles have been successful because of another Inkster’s background. So although we have a lot of connections in accounting and human resources, those aren’t the only areas we recruit in.
In my opinion, the most important differentiator is that whoever is recruiting for you at Purple Ink will get to know you and the skills and knowledge needed to fill the role. We take our time up front so that we can be confident in the candidates we recommend.
