Megan, Jeremy, and I each wrote about areas that we were particularly passionate about. If you’ve read my previous books or listen to our podcast, you won’t be surprised that I chose recruiting, teams, and communication. No chapter or topic is more important than another, but these resonate so strongly for me. In reflecting on my own career, it was these three areas that made the biggest impact on me and were where I felt I could make the biggest impact on others!

You don’t have to be the owner or the CEO to do this; you can be a part of a large organization, part of a small business, or working for yourself.
