We are so excited to announce that we are merging with a top-notch Indianapolis area HR consulting firm, InvigorateHR. Our firms have worked with some of the same clients, shared resources, and have worked together as volunteers and colleagues for many years. Combined, we will be a powerhouse firm serving clients with recruiting, employee development, leadership training, DEI consulting, compensation services, outplacement, career coaching, HR outsourcing, coaching, and more! 

In the spring of 2021, InvigorateHR’s Jeremy York and I, along with our friend, colleague, and fellow volunteer Megan Nail, joined forces to write a book, The JoyPowered® Organization.  Jeremy and I strengthened our relationship and realized how well we worked together, and merger conversations began before the book was even published in July!  

Jeremy and his team specifically bring additional expertise to the Purple Ink team in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion; compensation services; and women’s leadership. They’ll also strengthen all our other services with high-level, experienced consultants.
