Oftentimes, I hear clients talk about workarounds and antiquated processes that exist just because that’s how it’s always been done. We can review and evaluate systems and processes for inefficiencies.
Talking through pain points and what an ideal system or process would be like is a great time to look at alternatives. Consistency, efficiency and effectiveness is key.
