Oftentimes, I hear clients talk about workarounds and antiquated processes that exist just because that’s how it’s always been done. We can review and evaluate systems and processes for inefficiencies.


Talking through pain points and what an ideal system or process would be like is a great time to look at alternatives. Consistency, efficiency and effectiveness is key.


A result of some of those conversations leads to a discussion of implementing or replacing an HRIS. This is an extremely time consuming project and we’re able to partner in the process and remove that load off of our clients, freeing up capacity for their million other tasks.


Our consulting service in this area includes a vetting of HRIS vendors, project management, data conversion and mapping, testing of data quality workflows, automated processes, HR workflow and process creation.
