In our March 2022 free webinar, Purple Ink’s Founder, JoDee Curtis, discussed ways to engage virtual teams.
These days, more and more teams are working fully or partially remote. That’s a great option for many organizations, but thought should be put into how to make it work for everyone involved. Having engaged employees is not only good for their mental health and productivity – it’s also good for your business. But what engaged your team when everyone was in the same room may not engage them on a computer screen.
As The Great Resignation continues, engagement is crucial. If your employees aren’t happy, chances are good that they’ll leave the organization. So join us for a discussion about ways to engage virtual teams. You won’t want to miss it!
