In our May 2022 free webinar, Purple Ink’s VP of Talent Services, Peggy Hogan, shared some tips and tricks for a positive candidate experience.
Ask a CEO or HR Director what their biggest challenge is and they will most often say attracting talent. Recruiters are in short supply because there are so many openings to fill! It’s universally disheartening to work hard to snag a candidate only for them to ghost you.
There is a lot of competition for talent, and creating a positive candidate experience can give you the edge you need. As The Great Resignation continues, engagement in the talent acquisition process is critical. We need to enlist everyone on the team, from the C-level leaders to mid-level managers to recruiters to the marketing department to front-line workers. Once we get the talent in the door, how do we get them to stay in the process? We will answer these questions and more, providing tips to attract, woo, and seal the deal with the top talent out there.
