During an organizational diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) assessment, we systematically review your organization’s policies, practices, and culture to assess the extent to which they promote DEIB in your workplace. The goal of the assessment is to identify areas where your organization may be falling short of its diversity and inclusion goals and to develop strategies to improve in those areas.
