HR Indiana Conference: “ABC, Easy as 1, 2, 3: Candidate Experiences that Rock”

In this session, we will discuss the ABCs of a comprehensive and effective talent acquisition strategy. We know there is tough competition for candidates and it is still a candidate’s market, so what can we do? Candidates are asking for more money, more flexibility, and we are responsible for meeting the needs of the business. We are in a bind! But- there are things we can do. At the core of effective recruitment is creating a positive candidate experience, employer brand, and employee value proposition. We will cover what works, doesn’t work, and what is new in the world of recruiting. How do we use technology? How can we invest in the right places that pay off? What are some free things we can do? Who is having success and what can we learn from them? It might not be as easy as 1,2,3 but maybe it is easier than we think!
