The Future of Work: Millennials as Managers
By 2030, Millennials will make up 75% of your employee work force. Forward thinking companies have changed their culture to meet them as employees, and now we will need to build them up as leaders. What skills to millennials rarely have (and will need) to be able to manage well? What skills do they innately have that will make your company stronger under their leadership? Come check out the three skills millennials need to master (and be stronger in than their peers) to be a long-lasting leader in your organization for years to come.
Achieving Maximum Productivity: Using Time Management and Feed-Forward Information to Exceed Personally and Professionally
Studies report that 72% of employees under age 30 desire feedback on a daily or weekly basis, but only 30% say they receive it. Why aren’t managers delivering the feedback their employees want? A dominant reason – not enough time! This session will highlight the impact of effectively managing time and teach the feed-forward process to achieve maximum productivity, both personally and professionally. The group will share their current habits – both successes and challenges – and brainstorm practical approaches to overcome the common barriers to optimum time management & feed-forward information.
