Workplace conflict is inevitable when employees of various backgrounds and different work styles are brought together for a shared business purpose. Conflict can—and should—be managed and resolved to ensure a positive work environment.
In this one hour session participants will learn about the pros and cons of different types of conflict, explore models for conflict resolution, and identify which strategies are most effective. This session takes into account how different personality styles approach conflict and whether those differences can create additional conflict.
Attendees will leave understanding why it’s important not to avoid disagreements and develop a plan for how to navigate conflict positively.
