Kim is the Vice President of Coaching and Consulting at Purple Ink . Her passion is providing HR solutions to clients by helping them build their HR infrastructure through technology, compliance, and people. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis. Kim also holds Professional Coach Certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Certification in Energy Leadership, Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, spending time with her family and friends, reading, and coaching professionals.
