Heather Gustafson is a strategic and transformational human resources executive with more than 17 years of experience. She has held senior HR leadership positions in logistics, technology consulting, and manufacturing sectors. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong capability in organizational design and performance management. Additionally, she possesses a comprehensive background in employee benefits, including managing open enrollment processes, assisting with plan selection, and providing ongoing day-to-day support to employees. Most recently, Heather served as Vice President of Human Resources for a PE-backed logistics company, where she led HR strategy through two acquisitions, scaled people operations, and drove measurable improvements in retention and engagement.
