I’ve learned skills to create time for myself, for thoughtful work and prepping for upcoming conversations and presentations. I’ve also been able to approach hard conversations head on with suggestions and recommendations. I’m beginning to find my voice and feel that I’ve earned my position vs. being in the right place at the right time.
