Purple Ink helped conduct much needed manager training on performance management in preparation for [our] first annual employee evaluations. They also assisted with a very large job description project, and with their help we were able to create and finalize over 65 job descriptions. Our employees responded so positively to these initiatives, and thanks to the help of Purple Ink, we were voted to the top workplaces list by the Indianapolis Star for the first time.
