We used Purple Ink to assist with searches for several positions. From beginning to end they were an incredible resource for us. They helped craft and walk through position descriptions, assisted with salary targets, and timelines. Their approach to reviewing and interviewing candidates before passing them along to us was very helpful and we were able to work with them on the outline of questions and the types of candidates we were looking for. They also assisted with communication for those we chose not to interview, offered to assist with scheduling (although we chose to manage that part internally) and they remained in constant communication throughout the process – seeking feedback and input.
