Peggy is Purple Ink’s Vice President of Talent Services. She is passionate about helping organizations be more effective at sourcing and retaining top talent. As the leader of our career coaching services, Peggy loves the powerful effect guiding people toward securing the right opportunity can have on their lives.
Life at Purple Ink
It’s important to us that our team has opportunities to get to know each other as people, not just as Purple Inksters. People want to feel a sense of purpose, value, and belonging in the workplace, so it’s important to find times to work and play! We know that a connected team is a more engaged and productive team, so we create opportunities to foster those connections. We regularly have social events so our people can bond and have fun together. We’ve done activities like:
- Axe throwing
- Glassblowing classes
- Virtual scavenger hunts
- “Staffsgiving” luncheons
- Cooking classes
- Virtual coffee chats
- Virtual “Amazing Races”
We also recognize the value of professional development and support our team in sharpening their skills by attending conferences and other development events. We especially love when Inksters are able to attend events together!
