Individual Career Coaching

Both coaches were patient, resourceful, encouraging and very supportive with me. I looked forward to my coaching sessions, sometimes with both coaches and both individually. Each session was so good and energizing. You have to be willing to push yourself with the tasks and homework you need to do as you work through the session work. This really helps with creating the foundation for your “new” work self.

Shortly after engaging with Peggy I connected with a new opportunity. The coaching drove an increase in confidence around the work, and helped me approach the recruitment path from a better head space.
