Her strategic mindset, dedication to excellence, and passion for helping organizations build stronger workplaces make her an outstanding fit for this role.
Anyone who has worked with Kourtney knows the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every conversation. She combines deep HR expertise with a genuine desire to help people and organizations thrive.
With more than 15 years of human resources experience spanning multiple industries—including hospitality, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector—Kourtney brings a wealth of knowledge to her new position. Throughout her career, she has focused on recruiting, retention, workforce readiness, employee development, and employee engagement. She has also partnered with organizations on a variety of training initiatives and provides expertise in key HR best practices, including HR assessments and compensation.
Kourtney’s professional credentials further reflect her commitment to continuous learning and excellence. She holds the SHRM-CP designation and has earned certificates in Diversity & Inclusion for HR and Compensation & Benefits through eCornell.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kourtney is deeply invested in her community. She currently serves as Board Chair for Cornerstone Center of the Arts and is a Board Member for the Kenmore Neighborhood Association. She also volunteers her time with SHRM Indiana State Council, East Central Indiana HR Association, and the Nonprofit Support Network. Her commitment to service reflects the same people-first mindset that has been a hallmark of her career.
As President, Kourtney will continue to champion Purple Ink’s mission to create strategies and solutions that inspire JoyPowered® work. Her leadership will help us build on our strong foundation while continuing to innovate and create meaningful impact for our clients and community.
