Anna Park

Anna is an HR Consultant for Purple Ink. She is passionate about recruiting and workforce development.

Anna is a multi-faceted professional. As a teen, she was drawn to wedding and event planning and worked in weddings for her junior and senior year of college. Following college, she was the Assistant Property Director for one of the largest student housing companies in the nation, focusing on and enjoying the sales aspect of her role. She later transitioned to hotel sales and then made a career shift into the healthcare and nonprofit space while completing her graduate degree. Anna considers herself extremely blessed to now be in HR where she can use her talents to help clients with employee engagement, operations, recruiting, and onboarding.

Anna is a graduate of Ball State University with bachelor’s degrees in hospitality & food management with minors in leadership studies and residential property management. Her master’s is in communications studies with a focus on organizational communication. She serves on the board of East Central Indiana HR Association as the Director of Programming and Sponsorship and also represents Ball State as a member of the Young Alumni Council where she chairs their Beneficence Committee.

Outside of work, Anna is an avid reader and proud auntie and honorary auntie to 10 kiddos. She is a foster parent, citing that it is the most challenging but rewarding thing she has done!
