Peggy Hogan

Peggy is Purple Ink’s Vice President of Coaching Services. She is passionate about helping organizations be more effective at attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent, and she loves the powerful effect of helping people find joy in their careers.

Peggy is an experienced human resources and talent acquisition specialist with over 20 years of experience. She has consulted with clients in the finance, insurance, manufacturing, construction, and travel industries, along with various nonprofits. She  loves using her knowledge to coach individuals seeking a career change and help business professionals navigate their work and career challenges, all while being mindful of the whole person. She received her Certified Professional Coach certification and trained with iPEC, an ICF accredited program.

Peggy is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in Communications and English. She sits on IndySHRM’s Board of Directors as Chair of Workforce Development and volunteers for Dress for Success. In 2020, she was named the HR Indiana SHRM Professional of the Year. She is a co-author of The JoyPowered® Team.

In her free time, Peggy enjoys family time, keeping up with her puppy, playing tennis, and practicing yoga. As a native Michigander, she loves to travel along M22, stay on the Leelanau Peninsula, and enjoy the beauty and bounty of “up north.”
