Purple Ink’s founder, JoDee Curtis, had previously assisted ESC in hiring a controller via another company before founding Purple Ink. Due to the positive candidate experience JoDee provided, the person hired for the position – now the CEO – reached out a few years later for help hiring a Director of Operations, looking for a trusted recruitment consultant who could provide flexible, effective recruiting solutions without the high fees often associated with a traditional recruitment company.
